Every transaction categorized, bank and card accounts reconciled, invoices and unpaid balances tracked, mileage and receipts filed. You get a one-page summary by the 10th and a question answered the same day.

Catch-up and cleanup

For books that are months or years behind

Bring statements and whatever receipts survived. We rebuild the months, flag what is missing, and leave you with books that reconcile. Quoted by the month of records, before we start.

Xero setup and training

For owners who want to see their own numbers

Chart of accounts built for your trade, bank feeds connected, invoice template with your logo, and an hour at your desk showing you the three screens you will actually use.

Year-end package

For your tax preparer

Profit and loss, balance sheet, mileage log, asset list, 1099 vendor list and a folder of receipts, organized the way a preparer asks for them. Liberty Tax is in the same office at 272 Main St, so it can walk down the hall, or go to whoever does your return.

What you bring

Less than you think.

  • Bank and credit-card statements (online access or PDFs)
  • Receipts, in any condition, including phone photos
  • Invoices you sent, or a list of who paid you
  • Mileage, even if it is a guess we will tighten up
  • Last year's return, if you have one, so categories match
